WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL (WCC) is proposing to develop an Adult Education Centre on the southern part of the Moxon Street Car Park. The land was acquired under the threat of compulsory purchase from The Howard de Walden Estate in 1966 for the provision of a new school. The site was cleared and is now owned by Westminster City Council and managed by its Estates Department.
Westminster City Council organised a public consultation to consider all options for the development of the remainder of the site. Three options were presented and the results of this consultation were released on 12 March and can be obtained from:
