Westminster City Council is proposing to develop an adult education centre on the southern part of the Moxon Street car park.

In conjunction with this, the remaining car park will be developed for public use.

Development of the site will not commence until Westminster City Council sell the site. The date is understood to be not before the summer of 2011.

Howard de Walden Estates would like your views on a suggested scheme they have proposed for this area.
